ADP is hiring a Go-To-Market Strategy Manager for our Workforce Now platform

  • Are you looking for a go-to-market role with the product management team for one of the largest HCM products?

In this role, you will serve as the strategic liaison between Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Product Management to understand the solutions needed to serve target customer segments. Responsibilities also include driving successful go-to-market approaches, telling customer success stories, creating messages that resonate with our prospects that all combine to drive revenue growth for Workforce Now. This person plays a key role as Workforce Now’s voice to our internal and external audiences.

The successful candidate will be a creative and innovative storyteller that helps set our go-to-market positioning and product offering strategy for ADP Workforce Now across all the segments our product serves. In this high-profile product role, you will need understand the most valuable customer outcomes, pay attention market trends, and evangelize Workforce Now’s value proposition. Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Go-To-Market Strategy Manager at ADP.

  • Go to Market: Leading the cross-functional teams’ go-to-market efforts launching new products into the different segments Workforce Now sells

  • Storytelling: Use yourstrong creative skills to message our product offerings and user journeys that delivers high value outcomes for our customers and their workers.

  • Advocate: Identify powerful scenarios and fun stories of how customers are using Workforce Now to enrich how our product is presented customers, prospects, and other stakeholders

  • Positioning: Develop impactful product messages, product roadmaps and videos that showcase our new innovations and highlight customer value realized

  • Offerings: Craft targeted product offerings addressing specific market segments leveraging the entire ADP product suite to create market differentiation

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. To be successful in this role , you'll have 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar role
