ADP is hiring a Data Governance Senior Analyst. - CAN BE 100% REMOTE.

In this role, you will guide and help the business to build the data governance framework and process in alignment with ADP’s Data Governance Policy and work with a team of data governance professionals to grow our data governance practice.

You will work alongside a team of passionate data management professionals to accelerate the delivery of our objectives in support of our global data governance strategy. From planning to implementation, you’ll spend your days defining our governance framework, processes, and helping data stewards across ADP to drive immediate and long-term value.

To thrive in this career, you’ll need to be an expert in data governance implementation and possess a strong data governance skillset to build and sustain business operations. You will have to collaborate with business stakeholders to develop a process for managing and defining meatadata, critical data element, data policies, business rules, and assets aligned to the critical business component to provide the necessary level of control. You will own updating the framework to prevent business disruptions by continuously monitor priority CDE objects for underline change management. You will jumpstart future transformations and data initiatives by de-risking moves to new systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of as the Data Governance Senior Analyst at ADP.

  • You will provide guidance to business users to identify the priority use cases and its related critical component to measure and monitor .

  • Subject matter expert. You will provide you expertise in the data governance space, supporting business data stewards across business units and data domains.

  • You will guide business data stewards through data governance processes to identify type 1 CDE, sub-CDE, data lineage, and their related quality controls .

  • You will align with work closely within the Data Governance team to ensure the identification of related rule and their prioritization.

  • You will monitor and communicate key performance metrics and operational challenges related to meatadata ingestion and its underlying change of objects.

  • You will drive adoption of data governance policies, standards and processes .

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. To be successful in this role , you'll have 5 + years of experience in a similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Your 5-7 years of experience in use case identification and its underlying critical data elements, its sources including applications/systems in data governance engagement will ensure your

  • Your knowledge on critical data element identification, data lineage, critical risk controls implementation will help the business strive.

  • Work experience with Axon or similar tool set on enterprise level will be an asset.

  • Financial, HR, and/or payroll business experience a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to absorb complex concepts and are outcome focused and drive development of actionable, achievable, and measurable improvements.

  • You are influencer with the ability to communicate with diverse individuals.

  • Proven track record in change management, process improvement, and technology a plus.

  • You have an upbeat, persistent style and enjoy meeting new people and forming relationships.

  • You have an ambitious spirit and thrive under pressure, motivating you to not only hit performance objectives but exceed them.

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensation range for US Nevada residents: $84,700 - $128,725
