Aon is looking for a Customer Service Associate in Alpharetta Georgia!Are you a Tier I Customer Care Call Center Representative able to provide outstanding inbound service to our customers by initiating benefits, answering questions, and handling complaints for Debt Cancellation programs? If so, we want to talk to you!To be a successful, the individual in this role should be customer centric, detail oriented, and efficient. These roles could become virtual for the right candidates after 90 days of successful performance.What the day will look likeProvide excellent customer service for inbound calls, top-notch experience based on client parametersInitiate benefits (claims) and process benefit related transactions as well as work cancellation requestsAbility to identify and respond efficiently and accurately to customers and providing solutions and/or alternativesEngage in active listening with the customer, confirming or clarifying information and defuse situations as neededDocument details of customer\'s inquiries and/or complaints and the actions taken to resolve their issues in a comprehensible waySkills and experience that will lead to successPrevious customer service or call center work experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)Strong communication, empathy and listening skillsAbility to multi-task and run time effectivelyWrites clearly and conciselyCommitted to providing superior customer serviceAbility to work independentlyTasks require judgment and critical thinking skillsHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
