TEKsystems Administrative Support Specialist in Alpharetta, Georgia

Description

Customer support for the purchasing division. Maintaining the system and purchase orders and processing all tickets for what's happening in the field. Will work in NewStar ERP and Excel to do the work requested through ServiceNow.

  • each coordinator is assigned an agent and will work as a team to support 5 to 7 divisions

  • manage emails

  • pull tickets out of ServiceNow to process tickets as they come through - assign themselves as ticket owner, review what's requested, provide notes and close out tickets as they process (examples of tickets - docusign requests, manage signatures, file executed docs in vendor files, PO imports and uploads, cancelled sales POs, change orders, send out price schedules for signatures, revisions on open POs on closed jobs, manage MSAs, will manage budgets)

  • weekly calls and heavy communication with the divisions to forecast / plan for what might come - would be weekly calls

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have Microsoft Excel experience - filtering, sorting, using formulas, using pivot tables

  • Bachelors + no experience OR 2+ years experience in professional office setting

  • Open to candidates with a Bachelor's degree and no experience.

Newstar ERP system experience highly preferred but not required, other ERP experience also highly preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hr.
