What you’ll Do:

ProFund™ is searching for a professional Inside Sales Representative to work closely with customers and other team members to provide outstanding service, share our product, and continue to grow a strong customer base for the company. Account Executives will give presentations via Zoom and will be expected to make a large volume of calls in order to build their client base. They will learn how to use our company’s platform in order to educate and support our customers. The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will include; exceptional time management; a hunter in the sales field; a basic understanding of CRM’s; ability to create and maintain lasting customer relationships; ability to work and grow within a team environment.

Requirements We Look For:

  • Learn the functions of our company’s software program in order to assist customers and grow your client base

  • Conduct a high volume of calls and emails to prospect new customers.

  • Be the first point of contact and maintain the relationship.

  • Research accounts using our CRM (HubSpot) to identify key players and generate interest

  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

  • Document customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken using our CRM (HubSpot).

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualities that Stir our Souls (and make you stand out):

  • 1+ yr(s) of lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience.

  • Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.

  • Self-Starter who can hit the ground running in an early stage startup environment.

  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and web presentation tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Adaptability and accountability.

  • Be reliable, safe and a team player.

  • Sales or Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Inside sales: 1 year (Required)

  • SaaS: 1 year (Preferred)
