Northeast Michigan Community Mental Health Authority is looking for an Overnight Health Safety Support Worker to join our team!
Provide the level of supervision needed to ensure an individual's safety, along with the actions required if an individual's health or welfare are at risk. Intervene on behalf of the individual to supervise overnight activities, such as reinforcing independent living skills and minor redirection of independent daily living skills. Assist, prompt and support individuals served in activities identified in the Individual Plan of Service (IPOS). Assist with preserving the health and safety of individuals served to support the most integrated and independent setting. May participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and person-centered planning process.
Full time: $17.21 per hour
