Req# 28163 Aultman Health Foundation, ALLIANCE, OH ALLIANCE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL Aultman Health Foundation Full Time, Day Shift, variable 7a-530p Posting dates for internal transfers: February 2, 2024, through February 4, 2024 BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for preparing patients for physician exam/treatment, assisting physician, practitioners and nurses by performing tests and procedures, providing patient care and maintenance of clinical area and coordination of all aspects of the front office. Provides patient care as ordered and exercises professional judgment in the performance of patient care procedures. Recognizes patient conditions requiring immediate action and initiates life support measures. Maintains patient confidentiality. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent with the ability to read and write. Must have an understanding of medical terminology. BLS certification acquired. CCMA/RMA eligible, CMA or RMA Must be computer-literate to complete the task(s) as required. Such as MediTech (Hospital Support Software), Halogen (performance appraisal system), Relias (education system), Athena, ability to retrieve e-mails, complete online enrollment for health insurance/benefits and any other programs as assigned.
