Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a world-leading Industrial Gases company, has an immediate opening for a People Data & Insights Specialist with a focus on Workday Reporting & Analytics. Preference of hybrid presence from our Global HQ in Allentown, PA or Hersham, UK office, with consideration for remote. This is an exciting opportunity to join the People Data & Insights team and play a critical role in driving forward reporting & analytics transformation while ensuring our people-related activity is executed exceptionally. The People Data & Insights Specialist will act as a technical professional for HR, ensuring data integrity and reliability while completing required technical reporting, dashboarding, and analytics support. Travel Requirement: 10-15%, ex Global HQ.

Required Skills / Abilities:

Champion and serve as technical expert for Workday Reporting, People Analytics, and Prism helping support design requirements, features, functionality, and progressive enhancements.

Serve as a strong resource to HR and Management globally, fulfilling custom report and dashboarding requirements.

Works cross functionally with other functions and HR COE's, e.g., Finance, to develop informed reports with key insights

Works closely with counterparts on the HCM Support Platform team to effectively understand business and functional leaders' requirements

Collaborate with the global MyHR, HRIS, Process & Governance, and HR DT teams for issue resolution and process improvement

Provide Tier 2 support for Workday issues

Support new project implementations

Solid verbal/ written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork

The ability to work well independently and within a team, while building relationships throughout all levels of the organization

Confidentiality and integrity are a must

Self-motivated with and strong sense of accountability

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Minimum 3+ years of directly related Workday & HR Reporting/Analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Workday configuration and support, specifically in the Workday functional area of Reporting, People Analytics and Prism is highly preferred.

Experience with SAP, Service Now is a plus

Preference for proficiency or ability to learn SQL and/or Python coding

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

The expected pay range for this job varies based on location. In California, the expected pay range is $99,850 - $134,200 plus bonus. Outside of California, the expected pay range is $84,100 - $140,050 plus bonus. These are the ranges we reasonably expect to pay for this position as individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
