Job Description

Scope, Design and implement effective GMP related learning for PSG Global Quality, delivering engaging training for a fast paced environment that will promote active learning and support employees to do their jobs well.

You will:

• Collaborate with process owners, expert contributors and team members to identify clear learning needs and objectives.

• Apply instructional design software, principles and methodologies to structure and coordinate content optimally. Support appropriate assignment and curricula management in the LMS as needed.

• Select and implement appropriate training solutions, making use of instructional technologies and multimedia tools to enhance learning as well as promoting training approaches that are relevant and engaging for adult learners. Accommodate diverse learning styles and requirements.

• Utilise and enhance classroom offerings, videos, tools and techniques – including for both virtual and face to face experiences. Delivering training sessions setting a strong example for high standards in instructor led training.

• Work with the PSG sites to ensure strong user involvement in developing solutions. Create learner-centered experiences that promote knowledge acquisition, skill development, and performance improvement.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and courses through data analysis, surveys, feedback and assessment data to continuously improve the learning experience.

• Stay updated with current trends and research in adult learning and instructional design to enhance the quality and impact of learning programs for adult learners

• Lead training development projects, source external vendors where required, and ensure Quality Systems projects are completed on time.

• Support internal/external site audits if required
