Join Our Team as a Senior Technical Support Engineer!

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Services Department, supporting the Sales & Services Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer

Location: Allentown ,PA

Pay Range: $ 46-51/hr (W2 Contract)

What's the Job?

  • Provide specialized technical assistance to dealerships and Volvo Group stakeholders.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex product technical issues and workshop tool problems.

  • May deliver on-site training to customer support personnel.

  • Manage projects and processes independently with minimal supervision.

  • Coach and mentor junior technical support staff.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role (automotive industry preferred).

  • Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

  • Proven problem-solving skills and a passion for finding solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
