Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. currently has an opening for the position of MyHR Specialist within the MyHR team. MyHR is the face of HR to employees and managers providing employee support, HR subject matter expertise and execution of HR Operations while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

The MyHR Specialist is an employee facing role performing a variety of duties mainly related to program administration.

This position is ideal for the candidate who enjoys a wide variety of responsibilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Onboarding Coordinator including New Employee Orientation Drug and Alcohol Program administrator Employee Peer Recognition Program Other programs as necessary

Qualifications / Requirements: 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources Superior customer care and focus in a Human Resources setting Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) Positive "can do" attitude; Adaptable to change, Process focused Ability to work independently (a self-starter) in a fast-paced team environment across a variety of departments. Superior organization skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask The ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization Confidentiality and integrity are a must Skills in the Microsoft software suite (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint) Workday experience is a plus
