Schedule: 8am - 5pm. Monday - Friday Pay: $21/hr.
Essential tasks:
Track and document customer complaints, generate reports, and assist in researching and testing damaged or malfunctioning products. Play a key role in identifying issues and contributing to product improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality assurance. Ensure finished products meet our clients and the customer's highest standards. Maintain accurate daily production records.
Qualified candidates will have six months of experience, data entry, clerical, computer skills, Excel skills, medical terminology is a plus.
