Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

As a Scanning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our document management process. Your primary responsibility will be to scan paper documents into our system using a scanner. Additionally, you will assist with the occasional moving of boxes as we prepare for our move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan paper documents into our system using a scanner.

  • Ensure all scanned documents are accurately uploaded and organized in our digital system.

  • Assist with the occasional moving of boxes and other items as needed.

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all documents.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure documents are scanned correctly and are legible.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience with document scanning and management systems is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift and move boxes occasionally.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
