Landscape Construction Foreman

Then joining our team as a Maintenance Foreman is the job for you! Our customers depend on our team to help them enjoy their properties instead of being stressed by them.
Your responsibilities could include... Lead a small crew of 1-2 and participate in all job functions including: read plans and operate skid steer. Must know hardscape and patio installation. Some knowledge of mulching, pruning shrubs and small ornamental trees, flower/plant installation, and debris removal. Knowledgeable about chemical and safe material handling, tracking and routing compliance. Assuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards Assuring that our customers receive an exceptional Borst experience Training and mentoring the staff assigned to complete landscape projects at commercial and residential properties Communicate with client about work orders/job details Meet Time, Quality and Performance goals.
Other Requirements:
NJ driver's license required 3+ years of prior lawncare experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Landscape experience is preferred.
