The Ideal Candidate:
Possesses 2+ yrs. Sales Management Experience
Possesses Natural Leadership and People Skills
Follows, trains, and champions a script with ease
Has excellent time management and organization skills
Is constantly training, riding along with team members and helping the Sales team close deals
Understands, interprets, and communicates Sales metrics with ease
Inspects what he or she expects
WOWs customers
Promotes the company online
Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!
Seeks:
Base plus commissions and incentives
Potential for up to six figures the first year, including incentives and commissions

1 Self-generated lead per rep per week is created.

High school graduate; some college preferred
Must pass background and drug test
Excellent driving record and a Texas license
