Thank you.Description OverviewPerrigo is looking to add a Recruiter to its Human Resources team located at their North American Headquarters in Allegan, MI. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for oversight and management of the non-exempt and administrative positions within Perrigo's Operations. They will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This position will also be responsible for managing and developing the strategies for Perrigo's company-wide internship program.Scope of the RoleDevelop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent for Perrigo's Manufacturing/Plant Operations.Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for all of Perrigo Michigan's Operations - consisting of posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.Schedule and coordinate mass hiring events for different departments within Perrigo's Operations in Allegan, MI and Holland, MI on a consistent basis.Provide guidance to hiring managers on hiring policies and procedures while working closely with key stakeholders to provide offer recommendations.Extend and negotiate job offers while also facilitating on-boarding activities or internal job moves if appropriate.Manage Perrigo's internal promotion process, including facilitating job transfers, and ensuring correct processes are followed within the HR organization.Coordinate pre-employment testing (background checks/drug tests) and reference checks during offer stage while conducting adverse actions when necessary.Conduct candidate feedback sessions to determine successful candidate(s).Educate hiring managers on hiring trends, metrics, interviewing techniques, and onboarding best practices.Manage and develop strategies for company-wide internship program by identifying opportunities to create a talent pipeline and develop strategic relationships with Colleges and Universities to find highly skilled students.Assist the larger US Talent Acquisition team with sourcing niche roles utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and other sourcing channels. Experience RequiredSolid knowledge of recruiting based websites, applicant tracking systems (preferably Jobvite), Microsoft Office, and creative sourcing techniques.Experience effectively building and maintaining relationships with team members, internal managers, and selling employment opportunities to external candidates.Successful history of partnering with internal clients while also managing their expectations.Demonstrated project management abilities while driving initiatives through to completion using great attention to detail.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability while working independently.Demonstrated intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and advanced web-based application tracking system skills.Background in recruiting or supporting a company's Operations/Manufacturing environment preferred.College/University recruiting, or corporate internship management experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required with 2+ years of human resources experience (specifically recruiting).
