Description We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our client's dynamic/fast-paced/growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a supportive and detail oriented environment.

Job Summary The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail to handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. Perform account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. Assist with audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records. Requirements Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting or related roles. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Sage, NetSuite Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
