This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment processing.

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the company by managing customer accounts, monitoring incoming payments, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.

• Apply customer payments and resolve discrepancies.

• Investigate and resolve billing and payment inquiries promptly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer disputes.

• Reconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports for management.

• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

  Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, etc.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
