Full-Time Home Health Quality Assurance Coordinator/Registered Nurse Salary DOE: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 a year Office Location: Signature Healthcare at Home 909 S. 336th Street, Suite 100 Federal Way, WA 98003 Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8 to 5 Please apply on line for this position here: https://signature-careers.com Overview: The Home Health Quality Assurance Registered Nurse/RN is responsible for internal auditing, clinical record review, client satisfaction reports, OBQM audits, OBQI, quality initiative project management, and risk management to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and agency policy and practice. Must have home health registered nurse experience; HomeCare HomeBase EMR, Start of Care/Oasis, Recertification of Care, Discharge, Home Health Clinical Documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review clinical records' coding and tools to ensure accurate and complete documentation necessary to be paid for the services provided
- Monitor quality dashboard indicators and agency compliance with patient rights, company policies, and state and federal regulations
- Develop performance improvement projects, education and training based on observations of identified need
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information, trends, and failed processes and provide to management staff
- Develop agendas for Quality Committee and conduct meetings in an efficient manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in a home care setting
- Minimum 1 year recent experience with OASIS-C
- Current CPR Certification
- Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective organization skills
- Basic computer knowledge
