Central Garden and Pet Customer Experience Associate in Algona, Washington
Description Our Pet Segment is searching for a Customer Experience Associate in our Algona, WA location. This position is responsible for providing best in class service to customers and business partners. Provide support for orders and credits for assigned market in adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures. Assist in building region sales volume in an efficient and profitable manner. Customer Experience Associates will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by answering phones and handling all customer interactions through our CRM, Salesforce. effectively in a positive manner. MEASURES OF SUCCESS Handle large volume of inbound and outbound calls to clients Handle product returns. shortages, credits, process orders, and resolving complaints quickly.
