Telecommute Option - MUST reside in ID, OR, UT or WA WHO WE NEED The CS Business Systems Analyst position supports the daily support, maintenance, and enhancement o f existing systems, as well as the development, configuration and delivery of new systems to directly support Regence Core Strategies and Key Initiatives. The Clinical Services Business Systems Analyst applies analytical skills, project management, and technical expertise in medium-sized projects to identify, design, and deliver technology solutions to business needs. The role configures the systems that support Clinical Services and serves as a liaison between DTS and business staff by managing requirements and business rules, supporting business testing, and managing project work and deliverables. Demonstrated experience with clinical system configuration, UAT, regression, usability, and performance testing is required. Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above The Clinical Services Business Systems Analyst Senior would have: * Bachelor\'s degree in business management, computer science, healthcare administration or a related field * 3 years of experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, functional systems design, development or configuration and testing * or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Key Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Clinical CareAdvance version 5.7 or higher required. * Experience with acceptance, regression, usability, and performance testing. * Knowledge of MCG suite of products. * Experience with Clinical CareAdvance configuration, content migration, and the user interface. * Ability to utilize business Analysis tools, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Visio and PowerPoint YOUR ROLE: * Configures the systems that support Clinical Services to meet business requirements. * Participates in projects as a team member, and/or makes significant contributions to team effectiveness by improving the methodology, tools, and/or internal processes. * Coordinates multiple small to medium sized efforts between business and technical staff simultaneously and reports progress, issues, and risks to team members and management. * Works with business staff to identify opportunities to use technology to meet business objectives. * Gathers, documents, validates, communicates and manages business requirements, rules, and concepts. * Develops realistic and useful plans and schedules for completion. * Accountable for the completion of tasks, problem resolution, meeting or exceeding deliverables, and keeping leaders apprised of progress across all locations. * Design solutions to business needs from the end users standpoint and considers user experience, performance, and the match between technical design and business process. * Performs gap analysis and works with business to develop non-technology changes in process, policy, or procedure to fill solution gaps. * Works with business and technical staff to lead business and acceptance testing by planning, preparing, conducting and managing testing activities. * Adds value by matching testing to requirements and considering edge cases, boundary conditions, and negative testing. * Works with business management and line staff to provide initial and ongoing system training and tips and tricks that are in line with business process and procedure. * Consistently uses analysis methods, templates, and related tools to produce timely, high-quality deliverables for initiatives. * All deliverables will conform to defined standards, contribute to the initiatives success, and are effectively used by others in the organization To view the full job description,
