Are you looking for an opportunity to support the impactful work of Care Delivery at ASCO? If so, we have the perfect role for you! We are seeking a highly-motivated candidate for the role of Program Coordinator, Care Delivery Registries. As the Program Coordinator, your responsibilities include coordinating administrative, operational, financial, legal, and logistics request and requirements for our Care Delivery Registries and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate customer needs through support of the Help Desk by serving as primary responder to participant inquiries, registering and maintaining participant records, informing supervisor and registry team members of program-related issues, requests, and information, contributing to internal and external program presentations, and supporting registry program activities at Annual Meeting and other external meetings and conferences as needed
  • Assist in administration of Care Delivery programs, projects, and/or volunteer groups, coordinate and plan logistics for team meetings, calls, and committees including minute taking, agenda drafting, e-mail communications, and other tasks as needed
  • Coordinate legal contracts and e-mail communications with internal and external legal teams and other internal stakeholders and maintain Care Delivery Registry programs and other department registry programs legal database(s)
  • Coordinate with Care Delivery Registry team supporting vendor management for various registries, assist in streamlining the performance improvement of practices participating in the Care Delivery registries and programs, and support practices in reporting areas for improvement and feedback
  • Generate and process invoices for and from external stakeholders and serve as teams point of contact
  • Maintain and improve internal administrative documents relevant to the division and assigned programs
  • Serve as part of testing team to test registry programs system for user acceptability, accuracy, and functionality

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field OR combination of education/experience
  • 2+ years of program coordination experience including invoicing/financial, legal/contracting, and customer service experience
  • Proficient in Office Suite of products (Word, SharePoint, Excel)
  • Experience with Adobe Suite

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Understanding and working knowledge of patient/client confidentiality issues and HIPAA compliance/regulations
  • Technology vendor management experience
  • Volunteer management experience
  • Database or legal database exp rience
  • 1+ years of relevant registry experience

ADA/Physical Requirements

Extended periods seated or standing at a desk.

High use of computer and other office technology equipment.

Travel

1-5 days/yr
