Position Summary:

As aPerformance & Review Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing organizational performance and ensuring effective review processes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Oversight and Personnel Management :

  • Provide management oversight and support to personnel handling assigned tasks. Ensure they possess the necessary expertise and language proficiency for their functional specialty.

  • Implement robust management systems to maintain the quality, reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of products and services delivered to PRM (Performance & Review Management).

  • Documentation and Reporting :

  • Document projects, work assignments, and status reports. Collaborate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to develop plans and reports.

  • Draft standard operating procedures, reports, and briefings.

  • Maintain audit trails and respond to inquiries from the OTL help inbox.

  • Data Analysis and Decision Support :

  • Conduct analysis and present insights to PRM leaders for informed decision-making.

  • Maintain expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Edge), SharePoint 365, and other relevant software packages (CSOD, MAS, DAU Business Systems, SNOW). Additionally, stay proficient in virtual collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

  • Skillfully operate audiovisual equipment in conference room environments.

  • Administrative Support :

  • Manage the Director’s daily calendar, prioritize tasks, schedule meetings, and handle invitations.

  • Screen phone calls and visitors, addressing routine matters without referring them to the Director.

  • Handle mail distribution and office supplies.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics and maintain office schedules.

  • Prepare reports, SOPs, correspondence, and graphic presentations.

  • Attend meetings, take minutes, conduct research, and manage office needs (e.g., office moves).

  • Create and maintain office and project documents (e.g., Team handbook, emergency procedures, accountability).

  • Prepare travel orders and vouchers using DoD travel systems (e.g., DTS) and process various actions (onboarding, off-boarding, G-Invoicing, training requests) through DAU business systems (ServiceNow, QLIK, TM1).

  • Demonstrate organizational skills by managing PRM material using Excel tracking sheets and coordinating data entry from multiple sources.

  • Assist in maintaining the PRM SharePoint site and subsites.

  • Perform administrative duties such as document preparation, supply ordering, and clerical tasks.

  • Meeting Coordination and Support :

  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct PRM all-hands meetings and training sessions.

  • Ensure meetings are set up promptly, and materials/equipment are ready in advance.

  • Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

  • High school diploma required. BA preferred.

  • Proven administrative experience.
