Pay: $20.00/hr Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Assist the Provider Services Manager and health staff with benefit information and adherence to policies. Provide excellent customer service, treating all callers with respect and dignity. Navigate the membership and health systems to assist customers efficiently. Document calls and inquiries accurately. Schedule transportation for members with providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Respond to Express Requests and elevated transportation issues. Comply with company health's Code of Conduct and HIPAA regulations, while maintaining a clean and safe office environment.
