Staffmark Quality Assurance Technician in Alexandria, Minnesota

Pro Staff is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in Alexandria, MN for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Pay: $24.25 per hour Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, rotating every other weekend Training: Training will occur over 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, on the day shift. Requirements: High school diploma or GED Background in microbiology or food science Knowledge of aseptic systems, processes, and practices Ability to work flexible hours Certifications related to food manufacturing As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will direct quality assurance programs, conduct testing of product/package quality, maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensure raw materials meet company standards, review processing records, communicate lab data to operators and supervisors, perform pH checks on products, and resolve basic to moderate equipment issues.
