Job Description

The Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations by managing technician and client scheduling, handling customer communication, processing billing and payments, and procuring materials for projects. This position is integral to maintaining Water Extraction Experts high standard of customer service, efficiency, and professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • Scheduling & coordination - coordinate and schedule technicians for appointments

  • Customer communication & support - serve as the primary contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing updates

  • Billing & payments - process invoices, track and manage payments and assist customers with billing-related inquiries

  • Inventory management - source and order materials necessary for restoration and remodel projects while maintaining inventory records

  • This is a full-time position, 40+ hours/week (schedule will be determined upon hire)

  • Occasional OT or Saturday shifts may be required

  • Office- based role with potential for remote work flexibility

    Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of billing and payment processing

  • Experience in procurement and inventory management a plus
