Job Title: Production Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing electrical panels and circuit boards according to provided documentation and drawings. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble, inspect, and prepare electrical panels and circuit boards per related documentation and drawings.
Trim and form leaded parts.
Mask PCBs using liquid mask and Kapton tape.
Depanelize PCBs using manual and automated singulation tools.
Properly fill out production documentation.
Communicate with Cell Team Leaders on parts shortages and problems.
Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and RTV per related documentation and drawings.
Perform final assembly and/or pack and ship as required.
Rotate to different workstations and different cells as needed.
Complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis as required.
Assemble, inspect, and prepare complex multilevel builds per related documentation and drawings including wire diagrams, torque specifications, etc.
Essential Skills
High school education or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand assembly documentation.
Manual dexterity.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Works well in a team environment.
Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- IPC-A-610 certification preferred, but not required.
