Express Employment Professionals Kitchen Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Job Duties
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurants recipes
- Make employment and termination decisions including interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining kitchen personnel
- Provide orientation of company and department rules, policies and procedures and oversee training of new kitchen employees
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
- Other tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Standing for 8 hours a day
$50-$60,000 annual DOE
