ASRC Federal Holding Company Facility Space Management Team Lead in Albuquerque, New Mexico

ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology LLC is seeking a Facilities Space Management Team Lead to support our customer in the execution of the Kirtland AFB Engineering Operations Services (KEOS) contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of specialists in support of contract requirements.

  • Develops and maintains the installation Facility Space Optimization Plan (FSOP) and other facility space studies used as the basis for facility space optimization, and investment decision

  • Implements and manages the installation’s facility space planning and optimization program by leading the Customer Authorizations (CA) and Facility Space Planning capapbilities and supporting the management of accurate customer allocations.

  • Leads the facility space planning function in optimizing the installation facility footprint in support of AF mission and strategic objectives.

  • Integrates and analyzes data elements to ensure effective planning and optimization of installation facility assets.

Requirements :

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in applied science (Architectural/Engineering Technology, Drafting, Planning or related degree); relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum three years of relevant experience.

  • Professional knowledge of engineering/planning concepts, principles, practices, standards, methods, and techniques to effectively apply theories, principles, and concepts to installation facility space management, planning, and optimization programs.

  • Skill in communicating orally and in writing with clarity, conciseness, and persuasiveness

  • Able to organize, divide, and distribute portions of work to other personnel to complete large and complex planning projects and resolve complex planning issues.

  • Must maintain a valid US driver's license.

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.

  • Be willing and able to work with customers and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.

  • Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and prior use of data collection, analysis and representation tools such as project tracking and data management software programs, field survey technology, Geographic Information System (GIS) and Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) applications, and data science and analysis platforms.
