TEKsystems Administrative Assistant in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Description:

-The company is preparing to be audited by an outside agency for food safety and want to be a SQF manufacturer after this

-The agency will audit everything from cleanliness, procedures, operating manuals, quality procedures, etc.

-This takes a lot of internal prep work and looking for someone to assist with this

-Responsible for handling documentation of food certifications, working with Plant Manager around quality standards/procedures and documentation, and looking inside the company from top to bottom to ensure the audit goes well

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE

-2+ years of working in an administrative role that helps support/prepare organizations for an audit

-Someone who has worn a lot of hats in their previous roles

-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

-HS Diploma required

-Attention to detail

-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

NICE TO HAVE

-Previous experience in food safety audits

-Experience within the industrial/manufacturing space

-Bilingual in Spanish and English
