This Administrative position provides timely, accurate, and professional clerical support in keeping with Stantec's high standards. This is a part-time, temporary position located in our Albuquerque, NM office.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Handling non-confidential paper files, recycling or filing as necessary during a 4-6 week archiving project

  • Handles special projects in support of firm and departmental objectives

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Ability to maintain a professional, polished appearance and demeanor

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong detail orientation and ability to organize and prioritize a diverse array of assignments and duties

  • Can lift 50lbs

Education and Experience

  • Some experience in a professional office environment

  • High School Diploma or GED
