Job Title:

Systems Implementation Lead (ERP)

Key Job Elements:

• Support multiple ERPs which includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Service, Warehousing, Quality, Sales and Invoicing.

• Business point of contact for IT/ERP

• Ensure data integrity, stability and availability of ERP system

• Lead training on specific modules related to the project as directed.

• Engage and interact with business users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Engage with users to test vendor solutions, patches and reports.

• Make recommendations of perceived solutions to potential problem areas and methods for improvement

• Administer training software to create documents and train users.

• Must be a team player.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in CIS, MIS or related Technology field preferred

• Minimum 5 years related ERP experience

• Expert knowledge of Infor LN needed

• Preferred experience with systems implementations projects

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills
