Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and build new relationships with potential clients.
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls (cold calls and/or emails).
Manage sales cycle to close new business in all products and services offered.
Maintain information in SalesForce.com database, manage pre-qualification process, and assist with lead-to-opportunity dispositioning.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service.
Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, presentations, proposals, and other documentation as required.
Keep up to date on industry sales efforts and programs in the branch territory and develop sales trends analyses.
Assist in developing market analysis plan for assigned region.
Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
Answer customer and potential customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Qualifications
Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of Sales experience.
Fluency in both French and English is considered an asset.
Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
Self-starter with high attention to detail who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to display sound and accurate judgement with the ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines.
