Trinity Health St. Peter's Hospital - Patient Care Tech - Medical Imaging Interventional Radiology - FT Days M-F in Albany, New York

What you will do:

  • Perform a variety of direct and indirect patient care under the supervision the lead interventional technologist

  • Assist with biopsy's

  • Assist with paracentesis's

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients

  • Taking vitals, including PDR's

  • Documentation

  • Managing supplies

  • Create sterile trays

  • light transportation

  • deliver samples to lab for testing

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to do heavy lifting, pushing, pulling and standing for long hours

  • MUST have hospital based patient care experience

  • Completion of 1 week SPHP PCT training program and unit specific competencies

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

PCT Pay Range:$17.25 - $25.00
