Revenue Cycle Client Relationship Specialist

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship.

  • Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities and ensures on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business.

  • Prepare and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc meetings with client(s).

  • Travel to assigned client to review account performance as required.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues by coordinating with internal and external teams.

  • Manage client dynamics with little guidance.

  • Ensuring client contract compliance and driving results to encourage client renewals.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Years of experience: 5+ Years related experience.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Client management experience with proven track record of client satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of healthcare, practice management and professional billing systems.

  • Radiology billing experience.

  • Ability to maintain unexpected daily challenges and competing priorities.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word.

  • Professional presentation skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Willingness to travel.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

Remote; traveling as needed basis

How much should I expect to travel?

Post COVID this position will do up to 25% overnight travel. Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
