We are currently hiring for a Residential Program Manager, to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency. As a Residential Program Manager, you would be responsible for:
Overall responsibilities associated with the residential program
The supervision and management of residential programs operated by Catholic Charities Disabilities Services
Specific responsibilities in the area of maintenance, transportation, recreation, quality assurance, development, education & training, and personnel that relate to the operation of the residential program
Participating in organizational meetings, representing the agency in numerous events, meetings, etc. and otherwise advocating on behalf of the people supported by the agency
Residential Program Manager Minimum Salary: $22.50/hour
Residential Program Manager Maximum Salary: $22.50/hour
Residential Program Manager Full-time
*Weekend and on-call availability needed
We offer a $1.50/hour differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday
Qualifications:
Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum one year of experience working as a Direct Support Professional in a residential home with individuals that have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
Ability to generate electronic reports and documents
