ManpowerGroup Project Manager - Multifamily Energy Efficiency in Albany, New York

Our client, leading NY State Government Agency is seeking a Project Manager to join their Multifamily team.

Job Title: Project Manager -Multifamily Energy Efficiency

Location: 100% Remote

What’s the Job?

  • Assist with management of the Affordable Housing Agency Partnership existing building electrification pipeline including, but not limited to:

  • Managing the 'Project monitoring' initiative and contractor team.

  • Communicate with building owners and project teams to ensure that projects deadlines are met, deliverables are submitted, and to collect feedback on the program.

  • Enter project data and deliverables into project management platforms.

  • Identify potential issues with projects and communicate them to the staff along with recommended solutions.

  • Suggest improvements to program and project management processes.

  • Work with staff and contractors to establish proper project management/tracking processes and protocols.

  • Manage contracts for Affordable Housing Agency Partnership initiatives.

  • Write narratives and compile PowerPoint presentations on affordable housing programs and, if needed, present on said programs at meetings, conferences, and events.

What’s Needed?

  • 3-6 years of project management experience.

  • Project and contract management: manage scope, schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements.

  • Ability to coordinate with other departments to support projects and development or refinement of strategies and processes.

  • Experience with energy efficiency retrofits in multifamily buildings; preferred candidates will have experience with continuous
