Our client in the technology industry is seeking a PowerBuilder Software Developer to join their team. As a PowerBuilder Software Developer, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Title: PowerBuilder Software Developer

Location: Albany, New York

Pay Range: Competitive

What's the Job?

  • Support, maintain, and enhance PowerBuilder applications

  • Maintain user access based on program requirements

  • Fix issues reported by the program

  • Implement enhancements as requested by the program and any other PowerBuilder requests coming from program users

What's Needed?

  • Expert 84+ Months of experience

  • 84 Months of experience in PowerBuilder (9.0 or higher) development, support, and maintenance

  • 60 Months of experience in designing and implementing Information Technology Solutions

  • 60 Months of experience on multiple Hardware and Software Environments

  • 48 Months of experience in SQL or PL/SQL

  • 48 Months of experience troubleshooting and debugging complex system processes

  • 48 Months of experience with Oracle (11g or higher) or Sybase

  • 48 Months of experience with GUI standards and object-oriented design methodologies

  • Public sector and Health and Human Services experience is preferred
