Office & Practice Manager Opportunities – St. Peter’s Health Partners

St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking experienced Office and Practice Managers to join our outpatient offices across the Capital Region. This is a great opportunity to lead a healthcare team focused on operational excellence and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, including staff supervision, medical records, HR, billing, and compliance with healthcare regulations

• Enhance administrative and clinical systems to support patient care

• Foster effective communication among care teams

• Manage resources to ensure operational success and support program goals

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of successful management experience in healthcare

• Education: Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred

• Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills

• Other: Ability to lift 20 lbs. and maintain confidentiality
