Office & Practice Manager Opportunities – St. Peter’s Health Partners
St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking experienced Office and Practice Managers to join our outpatient offices across the Capital Region. This is a great opportunity to lead a healthcare team focused on operational excellence and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including staff supervision, medical records, HR, billing, and compliance with healthcare regulations
Enhance administrative and clinical systems to support patient care
Foster effective communication among care teams
Manage resources to ensure operational success and support program goals
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of successful management experience in healthcare
Education: Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred
Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills
Other: Ability to lift 20 lbs. and maintain confidentiality
