Ford Motor Company Organizational Change Management Analyst in Albany, New York

As we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the automotive industry, the role of an Organizational Change Analyst within Ford Credit becomes crucial. As a Change Analyst, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. OCM steers the company by ensuring that the transitions in our business processes, systems, and technology are not only seamless but also pave the way for enhanced employee performance and customer satisfaction. In this vital role, you will be guiding Ford Credit through the complexities of transformation while keeping us on track to achieving our organizational goals.

As a Change Analyst on the OCM team, you will help facilitate and drive change initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing strategies that support the evolution of our business processes and systems. Your expertise will help ensure that changes are smoothly and successfully adopted, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement among stakeholders.

Candidates hired in SE Michigan are expected to work a hybrid schedule. For individuals outside of SE Michigan this position would be considered as remote unless candidate is interested in moving to SE Michigan. Domestic relocation is available as part of the benefit package.

What you’ll do…

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify stakeholders

  • Develop and implement change management plans that include communication, training, and support strategies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust as needed

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to prepare employees for transitions

  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans

You’ll have

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools,with experience applying them in complex organizational settings

  • Proven track record of successfully managing organizational change initiatives

  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated project management experience

  • Program Governance Experience

Even better, you may have…

  • A master's degree in a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization

  • Industry-standard certification in Change Management like PROSCI

  • Experience working in the financial services industry, specifically in credit services

  • Familiarity with AutoFinance business models and the automotive financing landscape

  • Experience in Agile work environments and familiarity with Agile methods

  • A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and an ability to think outside the box

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8.
