Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Member Services Representative in Albany, New York. This role is in the professional services industry, where you will be handling a variety of tasks related to customer service and office administration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering membership queries and phone calls

• Maintain customer records accurately and ensure they are updated as needed

• Perform various clerical tasks including word processing, recordkeeping, and updating spreadsheets

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Perform general office functions to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Possess strong customer service skills and experience

• Have prior experience in receptionist duties including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients

• Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• High degree of professionalism and ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
