Job Title: Markets Brand and Marketing Campaign Manager
Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Brand and Marketing campaign manager, where you will be responsible for creating impactful Markets demand generation campaigns that span across sectors and solutions. You will play a pivotal role in developing marketing insights that highlight our Markets big bets, alliances and convergence opportunities, ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional marketing campaigns. This position offers the chance to enhance EY's brand presence through integrated marketing strategies and to create differentiated EY sector insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute cross-sector and cross-service line timely go-to-market campaigns.
Collaborate with the sector, service-line and alliance marketing colleagues to align content and bring the breadth of EY to our client experiences and content.
Manage and track campaign engagement and marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
Independently handle marketing challenges and maintain communication with stakeholders.
Support lead generation and retention strategies in partnership with Business Development and account teams.
Coordinate event timelines and work with teams to achieve goals.
Utilize digital marketing tools to drive event awareness, registration, and analysis.
Oversee lead capture and integration with CRM systems.
Analyze event success and provide recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Attributes:
Intellectual curiosity about EY's work and external market factors.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and media outlets.
Strategic thinking with the ability to create targeted marketing initiatives.
Market insight and ability to work across various service lines and industries.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Marketo.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with C-Suite executives.
Strong project management capabilities and multitasking skills.
Ability to influence without authority and build productive relationships.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects.

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $180,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,600 to $204,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
