Change Healthcare Implementation Analyst in Albany, New York

Overview of Position

The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for managing the deployment, configuration, administration, and support of Clinical Network applications. This person will interact with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and delivery of business objectives and outcomes. Specific responsibilities include working with clients to ensure that the implementation process moves forward as expected within defined time frames, providing timely updates to all stakeholders, configuring internal systems, and ensuring a successful client go-live. This position will be responsible for managing the entire implementation cycle, which may include one or more of the following: assessing appropriate methods and identifying resources for the conversion of client data, testing the product or overseeing the testing process, consulting on the installation of software and coordinating technical support to resolve issues. Ensures successful hand off to appropriate departments for ongoing support following implementation.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Responsible for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions

  • Works directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users

  • Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution

  • Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements

  • May work directly with clients on-site or provide installation support remotely

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of experience within healthcare IT, customer implementation or support, preferably with lab or EMR background

  • Project Management

  • Communication and customer facing skills

  • Time Management

  • HL7
