We are currently hiring a Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist, to work in our Care Coordination Services Agency. As the Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist, you would be responsible for:
Engagement and outreach to people who use drugs
Risk reduction education
Linkage and navigation
Brief assessment of client needs
Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist Minimum Salary: $38,000.00/year
Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist Maximum Salary: $38,000.00/year
Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
1-3 years’ experience working with people who use drugs
