New York State Senate Facility Management Assistant in ALBANY, New York

The New York State Senate is seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills to join their team as a Facility Management Assistant in the Production Services division.To be considered, you must have:Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequencesAbility to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer serviceAbility to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the printshop at the same timeKnowledge or be willing to learn manufacturing parts, cataloging, internal index system, and serviceA high school degree or equivalentThis position supports Production Services management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. The candidate will need to complete assigned training relevant to the position. Also, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining and securing transactions with outside vendors, address and resolve relevant issues in a friendly manner. The candidate will also perform various daily operational tasks and will assist with the completion of freight receival and reconciliation.The salary range is $40,000 to $45,000 for those applying with the right experience.Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume to jobs@nysenate.gov.
