Summary of Role:
The Employee Performance Specialist contributes to the ongoing development of current performance systems, tools, processes, and communication strategies to support an effective and meaningful employee experience.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Champion Broadview’s Performance Acceleration program and serve as a subject matter expert by providing technical and educational support to end-users, Employee Experience team members, and business unit stakeholders.
Contribute to the ongoing development of current systems, tools, processes, and communication strategies to support an effective talent experience including goal setting, development planning, capabilities, performance engagement, calibration, and assessments.
Develop and conduct training sessions and 1:1 coaching for staff and managers.
Collaborate with Employee Experience leadership to execute Performance Acceleration activities that support employee development.
Identify trends in performance data, prepare and present analysis, and provide recommendations to meet business needs.
Collaborate with leaders to help them understand critical patterns in performance data, including common themes and forecasted outcomes. Assist in developing performance improvement and professional development plans as needed
Develop and maintain Performance Acceleration procedures and assure online documentation is updated in a timely manner.
Assist with the management and oversight of Peakon Employee Voice including training, survey analysis, metrics. Partner with leaders to make tangible improvements based on survey results and trends.
Keep current with leading industry trends to ensure performance programs and initiatives remain relevant, competitive, and compliant.
Support additional Employee Experience projects based on business needs.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, or a related field and/or at least three (3) to five (5) years of HR/Training experience ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three (3) or more years of experience in a role with focus on performance management as a core responsibility preferred.
Proven success in providing guidance on various types of performance management scenarios at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and report complex business data.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, virtually, and in collaboration with others to achieve goals.
Strong, confident, and compelling presentation and facilitation skills with various sized audience.
Collaborative, highly flexible, well organized, and detail oriented.
Proven coaching and mentoring abilities.
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in the full O365 suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other HRIS and Performance Management Software.
Starting Compensation: $29.00-$35.53/hr., plus a competitive benefits package.
