Job Title: EHS Specialist
Job Description
The EHS Specialist will play a critical role in implementing and overseeing special projects within the Construction Safety Program.
Responsibilities include developing a Health and Safety Plan template by consolidating existing forms and guides across multiple IT platforms, aligning the EHS Site Inspection form with site-specific HASP, and creating a dashboard for data report consolidation within the Construction Management IT platform, Procore.
Additionally, the specialist will conduct periodic construction job-site visits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements, identify and share EH&S best practices, and ensure contractors meet company's EH&S standards using the ISNetworld contractor management system.
The role also involves ensuring that EH&S corrective actions are scheduled and completed timely.

Work Environment
This role will support projects across western and upstate New York and in Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will be located in Albany, or at the farthest, in Syracuse or Utica. Company vehicle will be provided and can expense all gas receipts. All day travel, minimal overnight stays.
