Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Specialist in ALBANY, New York. Working in the lottery industry, you will play a vital role in promoting customer service and managing retailer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage daily call files

• Promote new products and offer premium customer service through outbound calls to Lottery retailers

• Handle inbound calls effectively

• Utilize basic computer skills and Enterprise Series (ES) efficiently

• Accurately prepare and complete all necessary paperwork

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the current product mix of available games

• Inform retailers about upcoming lottery promotions, jackpots, and new games coming to market

• Collaborate with retailers and UPS to address incorrect orders and/or shipments

• Contact retailers daily who have not confirmed orders

• Exhibit the ability to multi-task effectively

• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills

• Show a willingness to be cross-trained. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Call Center Customer Service role

• Proven aptitude for providing high-quality Customer Service

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Working knowledge of relevant computer systems, tools, and software

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints professionally

• Capacity to multi-task and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to work in shifts as required
