High School diploma
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of broadcast television industry and advertising sales is a plus, but not required

When extending an offer, the company considers a variety of factors such as (but not limited to) the candidate's work experience, education/training & key skills as well as internal peer equity and other market and business considerations.
The starting salaried base compensation is $35,000 to $50,000 annually, in addition to commissions that may be earned above the base salaried amount.
The above range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
