Responsibilities:

Daily activities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Managing a team of junior designers

  • Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals.

  • Planning and conducting user research, as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Developing user models and scenarios.

  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows

  • Creating and iterating on prototypes

  • Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity and iterating to improve the user experience.

  • Assisting with content development

  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

  • Other duties as assigned

    Mandatory Skills :

  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Specialist.

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in UI/UX experience design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards, user surveys).

  • Four (4) or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing.

    Desirable Skills:

  • ​ Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing.

  • Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.

  • Three or more years of experience in supervising employees.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field.
